Love is an endless ocean

Love is a boundless ocean, on it the palate is like a mere fragment of foam; who is restless, like Zulaikha yearning for a Yusuf.

Know, the spinning wheel of the palate is moved by the waves of Love: if it wasn't for Love, the universe would freeze.

How did the originally dead things turn into plants?

How does a plant sacrifice itself in order to overflow with spirit?

How does a spirit sacrifice itself for a Breath; whose gentle breeze once impregnated a Maryam?

Everything will freeze like ice, will not fly around like a grasshopper.

Each particle is falling in love with that Perfection, and rushes to grow like a bud sprouting.

Their haste is an inner takbir. They purified themselves to welcome the Spirit.

Facing the lover

Everyone is busy in this world. Some are busy with their love for women, some are busy with their wealth, making money, or studying--and all believe that their well-being and happiness depend on what they seek. And it's all also a blessing from Allah.

When a human being looks for something that he thinks he needs, and then he can't find it, he will turn his back on it. After a short pause of searching he would say: “Happiness and grace must be sought. Maybe I'm still not trying hard enough. Then, I'll keep on trying.”

When he kept looking, and he still couldn't find what he was looking for, he kept trying, until the grace revealed manifested itself to him. It was only then that he realized, all this time he had been on the wrong track.
~Indeed, Allah has some servants who were blessed with clear eyesight, even before the Day of Ad-Deen arrived. Sayidina Ali kw, for example, said: "If the hijab is removed, I will not be more convinced." His point is that if the natural shell of this world disappears and that Day arrives, it will not increase the confidence he already has.

About that perceptual power, imagine a group of people praying one night in a dark room, each each person facing a different direction. When morning came, everyone straightened their faces; except for a man who has been straight all night facing Mecca. The man no longer needs to fix the direction he is facing.[1]

The true servants of Allah turn their faces towards Allah all night long: they have turned away from everything except His face. For them, the Day of Ad-Deen has come now.[2]

In every human being there is love, pain, desire, desire in such a way that even if he had a hundred thousand universes, he would not find peace. People do various professions, skills, channel different kinds of talents, and they study medicine, astrology and various other disciplines; but they do not find happiness, because what they are looking for is not found.

The Beloved is called dil-aram[3] because it is through the Beloved that the heart finds peace. Therefore, of course, it is impossible for the heart to find peace if it is sought through something other than Him. All other joys and other objects of pursuit are like a ladder. The steps are to be stepped on and traversed, not to be lived in. The sooner one wakes up and wakes up, the shorter the path; and less time is wasted on "steps."

Note:
[1] Reminding, "And wherever you (Muhammad) come out, then turn your face towards the Grand Mosque. And wherever you are, then turn your face towards it ..." (Surah [2]: 150)

[2] Compare with, "And who is better in his deen, than one who gives his face lillah, ..." (Surah [4]: 125).

[3] Dil-aram, literally means, "something that gives peace to the heart," a general term for the Beloved.

A dawn with the moon

The moon appeared in the dawn sky. It floated down, looking at me.

Then, like an eagle grabbing its prey, it grabbed me and dragged me into the sky.

Even though I tried with all my might, I couldn't see myself.

Thanks to the magic of moonlight , has melted myself into a pure soul.

In that form my wanderings take place, united in boundless light.

Then, the secret of the eternal show unfolds clearly before me.

To the nine spheres of the sky, enveloped in light.

My vehicle-soul, floating in the ocean without a shore.

Suddenly the ocean came into existence changing shape into wave after wave.

A thought arose: the image of a shape like a wave breaking on the beach.~

~Then everything returned to the way it was before: united in a pure soul.

This fortune in the form of a vision came from Syamsudin al-Haqq of Tabriz.

Without his generosity, no one could ride the moon or become the boundless ocean .
